Why are these important?
✓No K-12 Student Fees! - No Pay to Participate for Grades 7-12!
Thanks to our sound fiscal management, Cardinal Schools has eliminated both student fees and extracurricular fees.
✓In-House College Credit Plus (CCP)
Cardinal has teachers on staff with credentials to teach college-level classes. Students can earn an associate’s degree before leaving high school!
✓Cardinal Career Pathways
This program connects students with local businesses, offering opportunities to enhance their academic performance, develop professional skills, and create a career plan that supports their future success, both in their post-secondary education and in their careers.
✓Fine Arts for Cardinal Elementary Students
By providing early opportunities in singing and performing, fostering musicianship and connecting students to diverse musical experiences, we ensure equitable access to a comprehensive music education.

Sharron Callahan is set to begin her 25th year with the Cardinal School District in the fall of 2024. She started her teaching career as a Kindergarten teacher and has since transitioned to teaching second grade, where she fulfills her childhood dream of nurturing young minds. Callahan is also deeply involved in supporting educators through her work with various educational associations, including the CEA, NEOEA, OEA, and NEA.
