Let's give a standing ovation to our incredible music teachers who ignite passion, inspire creativity, and nurture talent every day! 🎶 Meet Kayleigh, a dedicated teacher at Cardinal Local Schools! 🎶 With six years of experience in the classroom, Kayleigh has been an incredible part of our team, teaching both Elementary and Jr./Sr. High students. Hailing from Boardman, Ohio, she’s a proud graduate of Boardman High School (2009) and the University of Mount Union (2013). 🎓 Kayleigh’s love for music runs deep. Growing up surrounded by a variety of instruments, she developed a passion for music education that continues to inspire her teaching every day. ✨ When asked about her favorite memory as a music educator, Kayleigh shared, “I have not one memory, but multiple. Every time I see a student push outside of their comfort level and find their confidence, it reminds me why I am here. It doesn't happen overnight, but guiding them, watching them succeed, and seeing that pride in their face—that is when I know that I, as a teacher, was also successful.” We are so grateful for the incredible impact Kayleigh has had over her two years as a Huskie. Her dedication and passion continue to inspire our students and our community. 🎼 We can't wait to see what the future holds!

6th Grade Cardinal Elementary Families and Friends: We are excited to announce that our D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) graduation ceremony will take place on March 11th at 2:15 p.m. in the Cardinal Elementary School Cafeteria. This special event will celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our students as they complete the D.A.R.E. program, which equips them with valuable skills to make safe and healthy choices.
