Thank you to all those local businesses and companies and partnering schools for participating in this event for our students in surrounding schools. Also, a big thank you to Candi Peters and so many other staff members that helped put this event together. All extra hands from teachers, staff, and students were appreciated! ❤

A reminder that at the Cardinal Board of Education meeting on December 13, 2023, the Board of Education accepted and approved the donations from the Cardinal Athletic Boosters from the Pat Preston Sports Raffle. With this donation, along with the willingness of the Board of Education to cover the remaining fees and expenses, 7-12 grade students/families will not have to pay to participate in extracurricular activities at Cardinal Local Schools. We hope this will help ease the financial burdens of an ever-changing time for our Huskie families. As these fees have been eliminated we also hope this will allow our students' participation to increase in all extra curricular activities. The District's continued efforts and attention to district right-sizing and financial oversight will hopefully allow us to continue providing these opportunities in 2025 and beyond!
