A letter was sent home with students on Friday in regards to the students' change of schedule.
In summary, we are writing to inform you that we have asked the Board of Education to adjust the end of the year student calendar to move the last day of school for students from Wednesday, May 29, 2024 back to Friday, May 24, 2024. We will remove Wednesday, May 22 as a professional development day, and will conduct it as a normal in-person school day. The Board of Education approved this request at the April 24, 2024 Board of Education meeting.
Six AJ Jordak Elementary students have been selected to represent Cardinal at the 2024 Ohio Choral Directors Association (OCDA) Treble Honor Choir on Monday June 24, 2024. These six students will rehearse with other nominated singers from all over the state of Ohio at Capital University in Bexley, culminating in a final concert at the end of the day. This extraordinary opportunity will be led by guest conductor, Dr. Elizabeth Hainrihar, Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities at Wittenberg University.

To all the little learners embarking on their educational journey in kindergarten, and to the incredible educators guiding them every step of the way, today we celebrate you! 🍎📚
Any student or parent that missed the Costa Rica Trip meetings can attend one final parent meeting before our school discount expires. The meeting is on Saturday, April 20th at 6:30 pm. Students of Cardinal grades 7-12 can sign up for the June 2026 Costa Rica trip. Students will be a freshman in high school or older at the time of the trip and to keep costs down and payments low, students should consider signing up this year. There will be $200 discount for Students that enroll before April 22nd.
The Zoom Link for the meeting will be posted on the school webpage and social media accounts or you can email Mr. Clutter and ask for the link. On the school website click on "menu" and then the "Cardinal High School" tab and it will be posted under the "Save the Date!" header.

Remember the $200 discount expires on April 22nd. If a parent wishes to have help to sign up for the trip, they can also attend the meeting for help with registration.
