Our 2nd graders took a field trip to Swine Creek Reservation where they were looking for invertebrates in three different habitats - a meadow, a pond, and a forest. They then compared where they could find each creature and how some could be found in all habitats.

These students were selected by their head coaches for being leaders on and off the field, role models for their teammates and athletes dedicated to their sport and the classroom. This group of student athletes will take part in four workshops throughout this school year. These workshops will be done through our partnership with the Positive Coaching Alliance.
