Geauga County Pomona Grange #10 - The Geauga County Pomona Grange #10 operates a diner at the Geauga County Fair serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are looking for volunteers to help at the diner from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. that will run from August 29th - September 2nd. The Grange will provide a ticket to get into the fair and a meal for those who work at least a full shift. The profits from the diner are divided amongst the organizations that help during the fair. The funds generated by the diner in 2021 supported the following organizations: Geauga Faith Rescue Mission, Cardinal Huskies Music Boosters, Pygmy Connection 4-H Club, Flockmasters 4-H Club, Parkman Congregational Church, and Berkshire Badgers bowling team. These organizations all contribute to the community through concerts in the park, providing meals and school supplies to those in need, food drives, and many other things. The workday is divided into three shifts: Morning 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Lunch 11:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m., and Night 4:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
